We are seeking a Contract Administrator to support the trading and operations teams of our client in managing contracts for physical and paper oil transactions. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and executing contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth trading operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and administer contracts for crude oil, refined products, and derivatives trades.
- Ensure contract terms align with trade confirmations, pricing structures, and commercial agreements.
- Liaise with traders, operations, risk, finance, and legal teams to resolve contract discrepancies.
- Monitor contract execution and ensure all obligations (pricing, delivery terms, payment conditions) are met.
- Maintain accurate contract records and databases, tracking amendments and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, sanctions, and company policies.
- Support dispute resolution related to contract terms and settlements.
- Assist in process improvements and system enhancements for contract management.
