e are currently representing a leading Debt advisory firm who, due to a large number of mandates, is looking to expand the team by adding an Associate to its Paris Office.
Since its inception, the firm has seen tremendous growth through providing its services to leading Private Equity firms, and public clients across Europe.
Responsibilities:
· Working on deal processes from origination to completion
· Work on the execution of advisory mandates
· Advise the client on market proposition and strategy
· Produce relevant due diligence & marketing materials for live deals
Requirements:
· 3 - 5 Years’ experience in Leveraged Finance, Debt Finance, Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Sponsors Groups or other Private Placement business
. French national or speaker (perfectly fluent/bilingual)
· Vast exposure to the Private or Public Credit industry
· Degree Educated
· Excellent written English
