We are currently representing a leading Private Funds Group that is looking for an individual to build out the Secondaries Team
Since its inception, the firm has seen tremendous growth and partnered with several top PE and Credit Funds globally.
Responsibilities:
. Lead in the origination and execution of Secondary Transactions
· Conduct research and analysis into the Private Equity and Venture Capital Secondaries market
· Perform Due Diligence on prospective transactions & produce all relevant Marketing materials
Requirements:
· At least 5 years experience in Private Equity, financial sponsors group, or other private placement business - having worked on deals in the Secondaries Market
· Degree Educated
· Excellent written English
