We are currently representing a lower mid market Private Equity GP who due to a large number of deals, are looking to expand by adding an Analyst to the Investor Relations team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Due Diligence of the funds, fund portfolio etc
- Advise the client on market proposition and strategy across Private Equity market
- Produce relevant marketing materials (Pitch books, teasers, IM etc
- Help the sales team in coordinating roadshows
- Help and assist the sales team with the LPs.
Requirements:
- · 1 - 3 Years' EXPERIENCE IN INVESTMENT BANKING ANALYST OR M&A ANALYST OR PRIVATE EQUITY ANALYST
- · Degree Educated
- French speaking
- · Strong interest in Private Equity or asset classes
